Ronin was the other major Autobot I was involved in along with Crosshairs, as Lead Assets Artist at ILM. He had quite a lot of dialogue and action in the movie, and some extreme close ups of the face, so it was a rewarding character to bring to life.
Nic Tey and Michal Kriukow were the two modelers that built this character with Adrien Saint Girons doing lookdev. I did an initial base pass of textures and did the head and face to final quality while Joana Garrido did the finesse work and final pass textures for the body.
